The Maritime History Gallery tells the story of how our trading routes which once were busy have now developed into the Navy, one of the country’s most valuable institutions that protect Pakistan’s waters. The intricate model ships, by Michelangelo shows the changing tides of the maritime technology as well as how it evolved over time. Putting history of weaponry through the ages as well as life of submariners is the content of the Weapons and Artillery Gallery and of the Submarine Museum. Out there parks, old ships, and guns facing to the air and the forces that guarded Pakistani waters stand in salute.
Beyond the campus museum, the community center, cafeteria, praying area and playground reserves a special space. Accessibly priced tickets make it easy for the visitors to witness how the country’s sea life is depicted in this old piece of art.
The museum keeps open daily from 10AM to 10PM, thus giving visitors a chance to wander around and learn at their own rhythm. The site will not have any standard timing. However, the museum’s website will have updated schedules.
